Abstract

The historical house of Acharya J. C. Bose and Lady Abala Bose, located at 93 APC Road, Kolkata 700009, is a rich repository of the Indian renaissance with the ambience of the time. The artefacts and holding of Acharya Bhavan provid a rare perspective into the association of Acharya Bose with Rabindranath Tagore, Swami Vivekananda, Sister Nivedita, P. C. Mahalanobis, M. N. Saha, P. C. Ray S. N. Bose and many other luminaries of the world.
